It doesn't have the financing restrictions of the F50, but it certainly had a time restriction. Ferrari works HARD at maintaining their brand image. Cheers |

Well my father had to sign that 1 year agreement . If he wants to sell the car during the first year he has to sell it back to FNA . |

True, no restrictions. If you do sell though you will likely never ever again be on the list for any Supercar from Ferrari so you have to outweigh the quick buck vs the Ferrari list.

The enzo is not put under any restrictions by Ferrari, you by it its yours, do what you like with it. This is unlike the f50 when Ferrari leased them for 2 years to all customers. |

You gotta love a car that sells more used, than it did, new... |

I don't think it would be in their best interest to do that. Sure, money talks but it would certainly seem unfair and unethical. |

OK, you'd know better than me, but I could've sworn that the Enzo didn't have the 1 year/2 year restriction like the F50's did? As for mark up...sure why not? Probably to a certain extent, but notice that dealers are selling buy back 360 spyders at market cost and not at msrp adjusted for depreciation. |

Those Enzo that are for sale on Ebay cant be offered by private owner as they must sell the car back to FNA during the first year of ownership but what if they did sell it to fna for whatever reason and FNA is now selling them with a premium ? Is that possible ? |
