Maybe the initials to the original Italian pilot who used the shield as good luck on his runs during WW1? I know that's where Enzo got the original idea from

There was a more extensive description posted a few weeks back explained by a chatter.. Perhaps you can find it under the archives..

I was looking at the banner on my wall today, and realized I have no idea what the S and T (or J) stand for.
