I ain't feeling any pain about being in " other areas". It just struck me funny. My last two outings with my son have introduced me to such great people AND the king of sports cars that I really have no complaints. The " other areas" struck my funny bone. I can't get over how down to earth are those whom I have met not only at the gatherings but in this chat room. It has been great for me and I know that my son is in good company. I have been through several sports cars, many airplanes, a sailboat, and a Model A and the Ferrari experience is prime.

As a regular NSO enthusiast, kudos for your vocation! Closest I'll be to you is San Fran next week. If you're ever here in "other areas" let me know.

I think most of the Northwest members, like myself, prefer to post and contribute in the General,Tech, and Showroom areas.

It's not like there's nothing going on here in the Northwest (there are gatherings for drives and tours just about every week so far). High quality, and historically significant Ferraris live here too. :-)

I dont seem to be feeling any pain, Im from Southern California :-) Although I am suprised other areas of the country --and the world-- arent more popularly represented on this website. Things will grow eventually though

Funny isn't it. Here in Washington, D.C. the center of the CNN/FOX News world, we too are "Other areas". And yet, I have a local client whose Ferrari collection at his home is second to none. I feel your pain!

If the number of f-chat members from that area warranted a forum on the front page, then it would be there. Rob has talked about this before. If the forum gets no action, it is moved to "Other Areas"

I am classified as a rookie so I guess I can say dumb things. I'm writing from " Other Areas", wherever that is. It is interesting to scan down the FChat.com and go thru regions in the real world like New York and California, etc. and then get to " other areas" and find the Pacific Northwest is in there. Well, last Sunday I participated in a gathering of Fine Ferrari's and great people. Some of the cars were vintage LeMans types and the rest were as good as it can get but having 60 cars in one spot was kinda tough when the Indians and Beaver Trappers kept getting in the way. They liked the cars, though.
