Although the $35k bid is about right for the car, I would still be careful. Have a PPI done and see the car yourself first.

Scam. A lot of Ferrari-related eBay scams this week on eBay, especially for parts.

Oh yes, also, the pics aren't showing up anymore (for me at least), but the license plate frame said "Anaheim Hills"

Now, I know lot's of people by cars cross country, but that seemed out of place too.

This is most likely a scam. There is a guy doing this exact same thing with motorcycles. For the most part, it works like this: He steals the pics from an older auction or somewhere on the 'net and posts the ad. The car/bike is super cheap. He wants all or some of the money via a bank wire or a certain escrow account in advance (it's his fake escrow company). You send the money but never get the car/bike and don't get back the money. He's long gone.
Here's a way to find out if it's real: Email him and tell that you want to see the car before you bid. He will say the car is unavailable to see because it is a) at the shipping station, b) in a warehouse, c) in storage, d) he is out of the country, etc. He might even say that you only have to send some of the money and then after the car gets to you yo ucan send the rest. He might even offer to pay shipping. Anyway, I have seen it happen with Ducatis and Aprilias a lot this year so maybe it's starting to happen with F-cars. Buyer beware.

I saw that this morning...something just didn't seem right to me, but that's probably just me. Probably something to do with this wording:

"Please, use only English to contact Seller

Luky biddings."

Also, this: "DEPOSIT No deposit is need. Buyer pays full amount to escrow."

I saw this on another auction too, forget which car, but exact same setup/ad copy, but different seller.

Possibly legit, since I do tend err on the side of caution.
