Paul, Excellent vid. That course has always seemed so wonderfully, insanely long to me that it seems like it would take weeks (if not months) to learn that track. Very good driving as well - nice, smooth, and fast, and nailing the apexes. I always wish for a wider lens so that I can see what the driver is doing as well, but tricky to pull off in a car that small. I think those of us who are passionate about driving will always understand the lure of The Ring, despite the dangers. Thanks again for sharing, ~Chris |

On a related note if you want to see the 'ring at speed then I can recommend "In Car 956" where Derek Bell laps a number of famous race circuits with a camera in the car in a 956. I have the video and the 6 min 41 sec lap of the 'ring is awesome. This is a link to a UK site selling the video, but I'm sure its available in the US as well.
