Received =D I do sincerely appreciate the interest. I'm doing this whole thing entirely for charity, and having a couple exotics out there would definitely add some Oomph to the income of donations |

Hello all, I'm the organizer of a charity event called "MegaMeet 2003." What this event entails is a "Show and shine" on August the 23rd 2003, open to the general public for an admission price of $2 CDN or a food bank item. The charge to have your car on display and eligible for prizes is $20 CDN. This will secure you an area behind a rope, if you so desire, with volunteer security. The only people that will be near your car will be the judges, security and the executive council for MegaMeet (currently: myself) On Sunday August the 24th 2003, there will be a large group drive (hopefully in excess of 50 cars) doing the Highwood Pass run. This is an extremely scenic and enjoyable moutain run through the famous Kananaskis area. My hope is to have a few Ferrari's show up to either event to bring in money for the Alberta Cancer Society and the Calgary Interfaith Foodbank. I am in communiucation with both organizations and they are assisting me in my venture to make $10,000 for Cancer and 500 foodbank items. I will answer any and all questions posted in this thread. You can also reach me at [email protected] Thank you Simon Bertram LordVagabond |
