I'm originally from southern California. No offense to east coast people, NJ is a good place (hey they pump gas for you here) but I feel California is much better for work/play. Vegas is 1000% better than AC (with better buffets too!). DES, have a wonderful time! And good luck in Vegas. May you win enough money for a Ferrari! | ||

wish I was able to make this trip! In Vegas, across the strip from Circus Circus is a Ferrari rental place; in the Venitian on the strip there is a small boutique that has an entire room dedicated to Ferrari items for sale - including a 1:1 scale 1950's era F1 car! lots of good restaurants at both Cesar's and Venetian Fair amount of street hookers, don't be schocked if you are approached out in the open....and avoid the strip clubs on Industrial behind Circus-rip offs !! | ||

...um, on my California Countdown...? Nine days, people, that's 9 days... 9 days from now, i should just be boarding a flight at the airport, making a bee-line for Long Beach... i'm so excited... i'm gonna take oodles and oodles of pictures - Rob's gonna bill me for the bandwidth... i'm gonna go to Vegas... i've never been to Vegas... i'll be surrounded by the world's most exotic cars the entire time... But best of all, i'll be hanging with some of the coolest people i've ever known... i can't wait...! Oh... Can someone call me the morning of the 11th to remind me to pack my tooth brush...? |
