Dubai Duty Free has had it for years. I used to buy tickets every time I went through. Once I was in a long line and by the time I was done I was almost denied boarding.
I got a card a couple of weeks later, showing the winning number was sold six tickets after I bought mine. Hope he missed his flight! |

They've had these type of things for a while now in London, haven't they? I remember a friend of mine bought tickets on his way to Saudi and ended up winning a Rolls or something. Heard the story from a mutual friend.
