This has a video of Shaq pulling up in a 360. Pretty sure it's modified but the experts can decide. If he'll fit you should. :-)

Can someone please clarify here:

I was "diagnosed" as 192cm and that was translated to 6'4" So 6'6" should be 196 then.

Ola,
I would say there is a good chance you will not fit in a 348, 355 and most definetly not in a Testarossa. The 308/328 will be out of the question as well.

456, 550 and Mondial Conv. are options. The Mondial Coupe is lower as well from what I remember.

With the helmet my 348 did not fit either. If you look at my profile you can see the helmet sticking out of the top. But with the helmet off I had enough to sit okay.

The 360 is much improved. Great legroom and headroom. Great price tag as well :-)

The Testarossa has height adjustable chairs wheras the 512TR has not. With 6'2" I did not fit in the 512, but could driver comfortably the Testarossa. My Daytona is also fine, with room to spare.

What matters most is not if you fit but if you have to crawl out when exiting. I'm 6'6" and I made myself fit my '82 308gtsi(long legs).

Thanks Mark! He is not interested in the 550 for some reason, probably because he has never been behind the wheel. I think it's a Mid-Engine thing.

The legroom for me seemed to be better in the 1st series TR versus the 512TR or the F512M due to the knee bolster on the later series cars. My 550 has much more legroom. That may be the car to consider if this is a consideration. I am 6'3" and fit comfortably into my 550 but have to force myself into the 512. It becomes especially interesting when wearing a helmet!

Is there a difference in legroom between the 512tr and the Testarossa I have a friend that would be very happy if he could fit in a 512TR. He did not even come close in the Testarossa. He fits fine in a Modena which he already has.

i am 6'4" and find my 308 very comfy. my 512bbi is a little more cramped because of the shifter location. only have issues w/ 1st and reverse.
otherwise i have huge room.

i am just 6' but long legs and short torso, and fit fine in the 512tr. my son (age 5) is worrying me though because he has suddenly started growing like a weed ! if he gets taller than 6ft i am going to have to sell the collection instead of letting him inherit. probably need to start spiking his milk with coffee and his wheaties with tobacco!

Steve at 6' 1" I would let got of any TR ownership you might have planned. I have a friend that's 6' 4" that fits nicly in a Modena but barely makes it through the door of the TR.

I'm 6'4" and fit fine in my 328. But that doesn't mean much to others. Some tall people are tall in the legs, some in the torso. I have to fly first class, because my legs don't fit in a coach seat. (I try to get row 1, because my knees push against the seat back ahead, even in FC.)

I had trouble fitting into the 328 at first, but once I got used to it, it's quite comfortable. So don't go by first impressions alone.

There's no easy answer. You have to try one on.

I remember seeing a clip of a pro-basketball player in I think a 360 coupe. I would guess he had some mods to fit though.

Im going to visit the Ferrari-dealer von Braun here in Sweden sometime during the summer. They always have quite a few different models in stock. Im accually getting quite curious about how much room I will have in the different models you guys have mentioned.
If something needs modifying for a perfect fit Im sure they can fix it.

You will fit 100% in a 360 or ( even better ) 550/575...if you use the sports seats option...or just pay an extra $ 15 k and they will fit you in any Ferrari ;o)

Ah man:-( I'm 6'2-6'3 at 14 and still getting taller... I'll be 6'4(196cm) in no time...And I won't be able to fit in my 2 favorite f-cars...the F40 and 355 :-(

Many people can fit themselves into a Ferrari but I never fit comfortably until I sat in and then bought a 550, now a 575.

Hi, the 4 seaters are perfect.
I am 1.96cm too and own a 308GT4 and a Mondial T which i can drive perfectly.
What Mr. Doody says is also correct, the 550 M is perfect (I had a test), and also the 456.
I tested a 328 and 348, but forget it, to small, and also the testarossa and 512BB are out of mind.
The 360 i tested was confortable and had enough room.
By the way, an open top car is a good suggestion, that's why PI Magnum was always driving his 328 with open roof, he is a tall guy too. (joke)

greetings, vince

I suppose an option is an opentop car

this is not a particularly good safety play.

the 550 has a lot of headroom - you might want to get your hiney into one to try it out.

Ola, I'm 6"2" (don't know the metric number) and long-waisted. It takes some fiddling, but I fit fine in my 550 Maranello. Not as well as my 996 Porsche, but well enough.

I also fit in a 328 and a 360, but not a 348 or 355. Go figure.

My problem is the top of the windshield. On a 348 or 355, it is raked so steeply that the top blocks my view.

Best new F-car fit is a 456 because, well, the windshield sits straighter.

Best bet is to sit in as many cars as you can.

Steve AKA Sully is a big guy too. Well over 6' tall, close to 196 cm or +. Its ironic that he bought a 360 Challenge that used to belong to one of the smallest guys in the FCA LOL
Steve fits well in the 360, you have to ask him how. He tried an F40 but he didnt fit in that

Hello

I have a small problem. Well, not really a small problem but rather a tall problem. The problem is me being 196cm tall.
I dont own a Ferrar but I plan to do so in a not too distant future. The only Ferrari I have had a ride or even sat in is a 348tb. This ride being on a racetrack meant that I had to wear a helmet. The seat was pushed way back and I was sitting with my knees jammed up against the golvebox and my head tilted. It was not very comfortable.
Which Ferrari could I sit in properly? The 348 I could never drive without extensive modifications.
My dreamcar is the 355. Could I fit in one of those? I suppose an option is an opentop car but those arent very convenient if you would like to use more than just occasionaly.

/Ola
