My identity is revealed! I thought everyone knew, oh well. This kind of fabrication is fun to do but I hate working with it because the fibers after doing the cutting and shaping makes my skin irritating. There are many kinds of fibers you can use with different colors of kevlar, but kevlar is much harder to work with. The 348 gauge area is easy to do but the center console takes patience with cutting all of the squares out. These do take time to build so it would be pricey but also it would be custom like no one would have. I'll keep posted on the progress of this car.

Modman I know you have that stuff in your 348 as well....anyway I can convince you to make me a kit for the dash and center console?? my OEM plastic is shot to hell and I want to replace it....hell why not do it with carbon fiber.

Well fellas, here I am with another pic of the roadster & I with the new Carbon Fiber dash I made for it. The car has a lot of Carbon fiber used throughout and the original dash didn't look right so I made a new one which is 3 times lighter than the factory one and looks much better somewhat like the new 6.0 interior. I wasn't concerned of the weight but the looks also which separates from the ordinary norm. I check back later to fill you in on more of the experiences I had with this car.
