Frank, Thanks for the link. I can't swing the near $4K for the package, but I'd still like to meet-up with a group if at all possible. I'll keep an eye here for dinner plans, etc. Thanks again, Mike |

I would be interested in attending. Short hop for me. Any specifics would be appreciated. I'd be coming with just my wife. I'd like to meet other owners. Please e-mail me with how I can get tickets with any F-group, where and when get-togethers will occur, etc. [email protected] |

No, last year was a pretty simple event. We should set a time after the qualifying and any support races people want to watch. It's hard to get reservations that weekend, but it worked out fine last year just showing up. Anyone remember where we went? It was that racing themed place with all the cool memorabilia on the wall right down from the track? Anyway, I think if we can find a place to take reservations, then that would be great, otherwise, we need to just set a time and place and get a rough head count.

Jack; I managed to stumble onto a great rate last october. Other than that all i saw was motel owners greed taking over. The past 3 years i actually stayed south of indy in order to find a more reasonable rate. Rob; Have you made any plans for the get together this year or not. Rob |

The last 2 years we were at the Embassy Suites. In 2001 it was cheap, but they got us back last year. Mitigating factor: FREE breakfast every morning, FREE cocktails every afternoon. Definitely recouped some expenses there! |

I go with with a group of 4 from Dallas and they usually make all the plans. Last year we stayed at a hotel right at the airport. It was very nice and close, the rates weren't too bad, but I can't remember. I think our deposits are already in, but for the others this may be a great idea. |

Rob, where are you planning on staying? Any possibilities of putting together a group-rate deal? I know the hotels enjoy their price-gouging, but they also like to have a bunch of Ferraris parked in front, too! |

We'll be having the 2nd annual FerrariChat.com get together at Indy. I'll be there. Last year we met for dinner Saturday night and had 20+ there. |

The way the F1 World Championship is going this year, there is a good chance, that the decision might actually fall in Indy. Should be interesting. |
