No problem David - Thank you.

For the record the 348 can be filled with any colour paint (rather than just red as I stated below) or left plain (unpainted). One other variation is that the 348 can be omitted from the footplate with just the matrix of holes over the whole part.

Thanks for all the interest on these,

Paul

Justin,

I also drive a 348 Spider. The photo posted is from that car. Pedals fit great and installation was straight forward. Like you, I have done a few minor up-grades see the following

thread.http://www.ferrarichat.com/discus/messages/21/281939.html?1058397724

Paul, Thanks for the inoformation. Look forward to receiving it.

Paul,
Will it fit a 348 Spyder LHD ?
Do you drill the existing metal plate under the rubber pad and fix the new footrest to it, in this way ?
Thanks for your help on this matter.
Regards,
Justin.

How does the footrest fit, bolted down, adesive or just laid on ?
Will this footrest fit 348 Spyder LHD which I have ??

Todd,

Sorry for not answering your question sooner.

Installation was easy, even for me. I am not a wrench turner. Just a power drill and about 90 minutes for all 4 pedals.

I can't wait fo the passenger side piece to arrive. I am sure you will like the look.

The price quote is approx. $80.00 USD, I think.

Paul,

Please e-mail me again as I have missed many messages today.

Thanks

Justin,

(I have attached 2 new pictures)

The footplate is aluminium with the 348 machined in approximately 1mm deep and in filled with red paint (if required). The price works out to 50.00 + shipping (+VAT if within the EU)

David & DrS

I will send you a quick email regarding the footrest.

Thanks for all of the positive comments guys! - Truly appreciated.

Paul

Todd,

Thanks for the order - I have attached the rendering of the 348-passenger footrest. These are now available as of today.

Regarding the fitting of the pedals - They are supplied with a fully illustrated fitting guide and are quite easy to fit providing that you work to the instructions!

If you need anymore help, please feel free to contact me.

Buy the Hill product - you wll not be disappointed in the quality or the looks. I am currently waiting on delivery of his new passenger side foot plate. Can't wait to install.

Already installed the 4 drivers side pedals ( yes 4, includes the dead pedal )

Todd,
The Hill pedals are just fantastic. I have them in my 348 Twin Turbo car. I understand everyone has their own taste, so I would never fault anyone for "doing their own thing", BUT I've got to tell you, evryone who's seen my pedals has been impressed. I fully recommend them, without reservation. Contact Paul for this.

Todd,

The Momo pedals look colourful and interesting! - I am not sure what they are like for grip & fit though.

I have supplied many people here on f-chat with the Pedals that my company makes which although are not quite as colourful as the Momo ones, they do provide excellent grip even in the wet and are similar to the pedals that you would see on a 348 Challenge.
