Hey,

I just got back from the FNA- unfortunaltly, I couldn't get to Steven's house. Bret, Adam and Tom were there, and from what I understand, about 4 more cars were going to meet them at Stevens.

I will try to get up the pictures asap.

Thanks,

Kenny

I will be there, my wife wanted to come but can't. Tim/Kenny I would love to give you guys a lift but these days with the liability god forbid something should happen, not knowing your parents etc, I just can't risk it - from you profile you both look to be under 21 and maybe 18 for that matter. Please understand I remember my first ride in a Ferrari so I know how much you guys want to go. You should make sure someone is willing to give you a ride.

Tim,

I am going to take my dads cell tonight- 325-0930... If it is past 11:30, i should be home, so call 3288457. Hopefully I will have reception. My dad said he could get us to FNA, but he could not come... It might be better if you drive- whatever you are up to. Call me! No time is too late

Also-

I'm going to get bagels and coffee for everyone when they get to my house, before we leave on our trip.

Be a good idea to know how many we have at this point. Please post name and # of people coming with you. Thanks.

Looks like great weather tomorrow-sunny and cool, so the motori will run at peak efficiency.

Come on down and have a good time with us, I'm hoping for a big turnout. If you wake up tomorrow morning and just want to take a ride, call me on my cell phone (914 450-5164), and I'll tell you where to meet up with us.

Again-12 noon at 552 Dune Road, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. Can get directions from Yahoo Maps.

For those from New England who may want to attend, I often take the ferry from Bridgeport to Port Jefferson and then a 45 minute drive to my house (112 south to Sunrise Highway, to exit 63)
HOPE TO SEE AS MANY OF YOU AS CAN MAKE IT

Hey,

Sounds like I can come- but I can only get a ride to the FNA... Unless I walk to Stephens house, there is no chance for me to make it there. Is it possible that I can ride in someones care from the FNA to Stephens (and so on)- I can get a ride back from my father the FNA or wherever is best... Thank you

Are there 2 seats available in any cars? (...not the came car) I am really gonna try to go with kenny. Maybe we should get a list of people meeting at FNA so we dont leave without anyone.

I've gotten a few e-mails from other people interested in coming. Please post here whether it looks like you are going to make it.

Have a good ride planned up through Shelter Island over to the North Fork.

Weather looks to be sunny but cool. Hope everyone can make it.

i will meet you there (FNA) at 9:30. I wanted to go with the top down - I guess I will need the hat and gloves. Ez pass is the way to go.

True, I'm gonna steal my dad's, he'll understand that it's for the good of the Ferrari (my mom and sister who also have that thing wouldn't understand the needs of the Italian Sound Machine, damn women).

Yeah 9:30 Sunday morning I'll be at FNA, it worked out well last time. When this thread first started there were like twenty people ready to go, now I guess there aren't as many, but we'll still have fun. Sweet goodness it's gonna be cold, at least there wont be any worrying about overheating.

I hope Bret got EZ-Pass so we do not have to wait for hime at the tolls :-) ....If not borrow one from mom or day for Sunday.

I dont have that much, i just have to read 2 chapters and write up a 10 page lab report for ap bio. note-i love bio, but this class is so boring (no where near as much fun as physics last year). I could try to get a ride there from someone, or maybe my friend would drive his camaro, but id rather ride with you beacuse i;ve never been in a moving ferrari before. Is thee anyone here who lives near me thats going to FNA or that i could hitch a ride with to LI?? I would appriciate it greatly.

Or you could just be like me and avoid homework by talking about Ferraris, but Tim, do your homework, it's good for you. Do as little as possible to still do well. Homework is the devil. I would think we could set up a ride somehow or another, I'm at my dad's lately so it's like 4 minutes from FNA, but there has to be someone up there that could at least ferry you down with them on their way to meet at FNA. I'm sure we can think of something.

Great seeing you guys over the weekend. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate, but it was fun anyway. Ended up winning first in class.

Meet is still on for Sunday around noon. I'll keep checking the weather as we get closer to the weekend and we'll see what happens.

Hope a lot of you come. It will be a lot of fun.

For those coming from westchester and the north and want to meet a FNA before heading out to LI. FNA is not far from the Tappen Zee. take the palisades parkway to exit number 1 - Englewood/Englewood Cliffs. Get off the exit and stay to the right. Go up to the light and make a left on 9w. Go through two lights and FNA is on your right. You will see sign on the building. There is a parking lot right in front.

It worked out well meeting at FNA this weekend so for Steve's I say we do the same. I'm thinking like a 9:30 - 10:00 meet there, I'm not sure what kind of Sunday traffic runs across the bridge. I'll email the guys I usually email with info about it, if anyone else wants me to email them just say so.

I'll be there regardless of when it is, although the if it was later then that would mean that we could hit up the GSFF on the 7th, a whole solid month of ferrari events all october. The Germans have their Octoberfest, we can have our Ferroberfest.

Everyone still interested in coming, or should we postpone it?

Originally called for October 7th, 12 noon to whenever, beginning at my house in Westhampton, and going up to wine country on the North Fork.

Please post whether you can attend or not.
