I have been ordering parts for my 328 from them and they have been exceptional. Mark has gone way overboard to help me with all aspects of the process from ordering to shipment. The parts have also arrived very quickly after shipment. |

Would have to concur 100 percent with all the accolades mentioned here regarding sales/service with Ferrari UK, Jeff, and others there!
They had some rather rare items in stock that I had been searching for to no avail via nationwide sources, the prices were on target IMHO, and the shipping was incredibly fast (less than a week)!
Will certainly do business with them in the future as needed. |

I just had a great experience with Ferrari UK. THANKS Jeff and Mark. They were very helpful and shipped my items right away at very reasonable prices (at least one item was 1/2 of what was quoted here in the U.S.). Great people, great service. I will be using them again. |

I had the same experience. Mark told me on a Thursday afternoon (EST) that my package was being shipped out. I had it the next day! I couldn't believe it. Very good service.

When both Jeff and Mark said you should get it tomorrow I scoffed them thinking, They are Brit's, what do they know. And sure enough, I got it the next day before 10:30. I live in California. |

Just had an amazing incident which I thought I'd share. Ordered some parts fom Ferrari UK at 4pm Friday - They hit my desk before lunch today (Monday)
Big deal? Yes! We are talking Perth Western Australia - where the WA means wait awhile - to source stuff locally normally takes a week!
