Red

I found 3gupoald through endless searching online. Then the next day my friend causually says "Hey John, you need to check out 3gupload.com"

Go figure.

Unfortunately I do not know of any sites other than ones that work for Sprint phones. I bet if you google it enough times you can find something.

Exactly. An example of a better lit pic is in my profile. Its a pic of my mug, so don't take offense :-)

One last thing, you can download FREE ringtones, backgrounds, and games for Sprint phones at http://www.3gupload.com

A lot better than paying $1.50 for a tone that Sprint will take away from you after 90 days!

John,

Case in point, the attached pic. In a club, so lighting sucked and it was hard to stand up straight at that point of the night.

But some other pics have turned out really well.

The only problem with my camera phone is that you have to have a very steady hand when taking pics, otherwise you will get some blurr.

Also, the only Ferrari related pics I had were taken in the rain, so it is hard to see the true quality(aka, needs plenty of light for best results).

While the camera phones cant replace a nice digital camera yet, they sure are fun to mess around with or to grab when an F-car rolls by! :-)

This is what I used for 6 months to access Ferrarichat on the road. The colors are awesome and even the pics loaded fast! Posting was breeze.

Upload

Now I use my 17" WiFi Laptop, find an unsecured spot, (plenty here in LA) or go to the next Starbucks and check on Ferrarichat. Sooo much fun! ! !

Of course, can't beat having a camera in the cell phone.

I've had a Blackberry for about a year (the little one that looks like a pager). Works great - even at 35,000 ft on an airplane. Oops...did I just say that?

I paid $399 for it. I have no idea how much my service plan is. I know I had to get unlimited e-mail and internet.

I still get old folks coming in my store with those old Motorola bag phones wanting to get them activated. They have no idea of the latest technology and are amazed at what the phones these days are capable of. Matt how much did you pay for your Blackberry over there if you don't mind me asking?

well,Faisal, don't have an external keyboard yet..and will probably never have one...but it's pretty awsome that I can read and post on Fchat just by using my phone.Without people trying to push technology there wouldn't be a thing like an interactive chat.

my 2 cents which now cost me $ 2 ;op

In 1989 O sitting at my desk when the Loma Prieta earthquate hit, just after 5pm. The ONLLY phone that worked was Motorola Cell. Didn't weight 10#s but at least 5.

They do have the I95 which I carry. It has the speaker phone and a color screen but not all the capability of the Blackberry. It's a step up from the I90 but has the color screen. I'll look into the newer phones coming and let you know what's up.

Matt,

I love it actually.

I am always connected.

It has the radio but no speakerphone. I heard a couple of days ago that in Sept they are coming out with a color screen with a speakerphone. I might need to upgrade if that is indeed the case.

Matt,
Does that Blackberry work pretty good for you? I sell Nextel but out here in the sticks I have yet to have anyone buy one. I messed around with one and they seem pretty cool. Do you have two way radio on it also?

The funny thing is, back in 1989 when I went into business the most exotic thing was the Motorola Cell Phone which weight 10Lbs and was the size of an attache.
Fax machines were also the hottest thing. Imagine no more mail.

Today sending a fax is just time consuming!

All that in less than 15 years!

too bad we're in the most backwards country in the world with respect to cellular tech standards.

Dan

People who become new Sprint customers can get the same phone I have(Sanyo 8100) for only $99.

Although they are talking about having 2 megapixel phones out in a year or so. Now that is somethin!

I was cruising around here in New Orleans a couple weeks ago when I saw this 360 Spider on Poydras St. pass me by.

I quickly reached for the cell phone and was able to snap these 2 shots. I can't imagine what these phones will be doing in 10 years.

of course it will take forever if you jab at a keyboard with your cell phone--just use your fingers, it's much faster. Sheesh, things people do these days!!!!
