Nothing. The group decided it was better to let it go than go to jail. with the dumb look on that kids face, I don't think he would have gotten the message no matter what we did. We would have had a word or two with the old man with them if we had realized they were together at the time. |

Speaking from experience, even in the rural area where I live, my car has had emblems stolen with the body panels being ruined in the process. Yes, I understand that insurance will pay for the damages, (and did in my case) but how may times do you think that will happen before the insurance says "goodbye, Mr Customer. Your damages have far exceeded any premiums you have paid."? If that isn't cause for worry enough, what about the hassle of getting the car to the proper repair facility and then having to wait, what can only be described as forever and then some, for the car to be repaired properly? After experiencing all of that, believe me, I am much more cautious of where I leave my car from now on. And I'm sure I'm not alone on that one. Best, (to borrow a line from Mr Glickenhaus) Pino

Last night we had a Ferrari event at a nice restaurant that happens to be attached to a mall. We had the F-cars all lined up out front behind orange cones and watched as some kid picked up a cone and put in on the hood of a 550. That has to be the worlds fastest way to clear out a room full of Ferrari owners. |

I don't worry about it, insurance will take care of it.If they key the car, well then my insurance will have to repaint my 308 instead of me. Not a bad deal. |

I'll leave mine, especially at restaurants, but I try not to leave it alone except at "nice" places. |

I've never had trouble parking my 355 ; people tend to look but there's no malice. However, previous ownership of 911's brought out the green -eyed monster in a few morons who keyed the whole length of driver's side. |

That's why you have insurance. If it really makes you nervous then just throw a cheap cover on it and go. |

Does anyone worry about paking your car where it's not watched? I've heard tales of people coming out to find their cars vandalized by jealous non-owners or being damaged by well-doers sitting on the car for photos etc... I'd love to take the car more places, but I live in an area where there are very few F-cars and it ALWAYS draws a crowd. Any advice? |
