If any one knows of a place in the northeast-new england area that can locate a Ferrari to rent please let me know. I would be interested in a 328,348 or 355. I contacted a place in Ma. but have gotten no reply.

"I discovered that the odometer was BROKEN! WOO-HOO!"

One of the few times I've actually laughed out loud! That is HILARIOUS!! Lucky basta**!

I rented a white 1989 Ferrari 348TS in Vegas from Rent-A-Vette for $399 for 100 miles, $.50/mile thereafter. Bill was $600 for 200 miles and 24 hours. Best money I ever spent. Pretty good guys over there, too.

for my senior prom i tried to convince my dad to rent me the metallic blue F355 spider from Ferrari Rentals in Waikiki. it was $800 for the day and with all the insurance and extras it came out to just over $1000. he advised again me getting it stating i wasn't an experienced enough driver. i wasn't too mad at him for it, i later came to understand that it was a bad idea.

as for the condition it seemed pretty good, but the older 308 was terrible. the leather seats were cracking and there were scratches all over the doors.

recently they just got in a yellow 360 modena. but seems like the most popular customers for that car have been japanese toursists. it's renting for about $1500 a day not including the extras.

i have seen the kind of abuse that some of these cars have been put through after seeing the 355 taken out once. the driver wasn't very proficient with a 6 speed and tried to get as much attention as he could by letting the tires squeel every chance he got.

I rented a Testarossa from Ferrari Rentals in downtown Waikiki a few years back. Their prices were steep ($800 for 24 hours with the TR, $400 for a Mondial Cab - 50 miles free, $1/mile thereafter). I walked up one slow afternoon and they cut me a deal - $400 for the TR, 50 free miles and $1/mile......after I left the lot, I discovered that the odometer was BROKEN! WOO-HOO!

Since I rented on a saturday afternoon, I had until sunday afternoon to return the car....it was alittle beat, and the key broke off in the passenger door (I was provided two), but everything worked and the car had recent mechanical service. Most of saturday was spent tearing around Kamehameha Highway, circling the island. The next day, I got up zero-dark-early sunday to blast up H1/H3 highways, cutting through the Dole Pineapple plantations in search of wide open roads and triple-digit speeds. Returning the car, I owed nothing but easily racked up enough miles to make it worth every single penny. One of the most memorable car experiences I've ever had.

Jonathan,

I'm only interested in a Lambo roadster. I have been a passenger in other F-cars and driven some too. If you know someone who could give me a ride
in a Lambo roadster I will make it worth your while. As I previously stated I will pay for gas
and any upkeep pertaining to my ride. I would also be happy to pay for dinner if this is applicable.

Last year I rented a 360 Modena for 2 weeks and a F40 for one day and spent most time with both on the German Autobahn. Simply put, it was the best driving experience of my life!

Dan, check out www.exoticcarrentaldirectory.com they list most rental places in the U.S. I've been trying to find a Ferrari to rent in the northeast and have had no luck at all. In checking places even in other locations thruout the country most don't seem to rent Ferrari's. Looks like we may have to go to Vegas to rent one!

I tried to rent a Lambo roadster for my birthday
2 year's ago. I located a car,unfortunatly it was
the price of a round trip ticket to Paris including hotel and food.

I still would love to get my ride. Are there any member's in Southern California who would be so kind to oblige me. I realize that gas and maintenance on this car is very expensive. I would be happy to pay all cost's incured.

I rented a 355 for our wedding last year. The cost was $800 with 50 free miles. 50 cents per mile after that. It was worth every peny IMO. They wanted a $5000 check in case of damage, and a minimum of $100K insurance.

I considered renting a 360 once, but the cost was very high, between $1,500 and $2,000 PER DAY! That was at Exotic Rental in Ft. Lauderdale. I imaging there are cheaper Ferraris to rent, but it will still be a big chunk of change.
