It is said the only way to deal with trolls is to limit our reactions to reminding others not to respond to trolls. For example:

Please Don't Feed The Troll.

Trolls crave attention, and they care not whether it is positive or negative. They see the Internet as a mirror into which they can gaze in narcissistic rapture at their lies and damn lies.

Allan, you're obviously overdue for a 30,000 mile belting. Spare the rod, spoil the child, and so forth. If you want a deeper analysis than that, perhaps a psychologist can shed some additional light on the matter.

Wow, a fruitcake with attitude! Oh Brucey, im soo scared!

Dont feel bad. I promise to drive the Ferrari every time i need to go to the grocery store, or whenever its in danger of getting a door ding, or if the parking is limited. We all have to have a car we dont care about to drive. Kind of like your Testicularossa.

One thing is for certain, i had forgotten how incredibly slow the 328 is. I still love the sound though.

Actually, i decided to sell everything and buy a yellow Don Johnson bannana mobile.

Im waiting to work the details out on the 328 today, not sure what im going to do with it yet. The thought has crossed my mind to keep it, and make it into a GTO replica, and even twin turbo it.

Bye Bruce, you little fruitcake.

Ken,
no harm done :-)

I don't think Allan wants to sell in the first place. He drove the 328 and found out it is such a blast to drive that he is at the Hawaii Lambo dealer right now selling his Diablo.

What do you think Bruce?
Maybe he sold both and bought a Nitrous Civic.
Who knows.

Martin,

Oops, sorry. You were first in line.. of course.

You know, I'm thinking the little lady will react badly to me upgrading my 308 eight months after buying it anyway.

..but good deals on good Ferraris are very hard to find here.

haha Bruce only a moron like you would write something as stupid as that.

Anyway, i drove the car, and it runs fine, no oil leaks, no smoke, shifts well, no visible signs of rust, interior in good shape for a car that has been driven, no rips or tears, ac works, windows works, radio sucks, has few minor door dinks, new tires.

You guys are right though, its probobly not a good deal and a rust bucket though, so im going to buy it and keep it for myself as another beater Ferrari to have around.

All i have to do now is ask my dad if i can have it.lol

Having been to Hawaii several times, I can attest to the fact that the climate there isn't great for older, steel-bodied cars. The heat/humidity is terrific, and a black interior is going to suffer mercilessly in that climate. With 52K miles, this car didn't spend all its life in the shade. The few F-cars I have seen for sale were all ex-rentals with tattered interiors and cheap respray finishes. On-island Ferrari mechanics with factory training are extremely rare (at least they were in 1999, maybe that's changed).

allan, I thought your father grounded you @ 1 week ago for defaming the family name; 1)by pretending to own his Lambo and your uncle's Ferrari.; 2) being, well, *you*

The 328 had improved rust prevention compared to the older cars.

Still- look well before you leap no matter how cheap the price.

If good leak down and compression, then this would be a great deal. I've seen two 328's at Norwoods the past year that you could buy for $20k, but then just leave it at Norwoods for another $15-20k engine rebuild. A $26k Ferrari 328 may not be a great deal.

1986 328Gts, red/black 52,000 miles all records. It would cost about 1000 to ship to California. Nice car, 2 owner, latter owner a woman. I can buy it for 26,500. Im not interested in it, but my friend may be. If he doesnt buy it, if anyone else is interested, i can hook you up with the owner.
