PSK: Nope, 456 is the cc's per cylinder. Times twelve equals 5.4 litres, more or less. |

Now that is a good question and I wish Ferrari would stop stuffing us about and stick with one numbering system: Originally it was the cc of a single cylinder, ie. 166, 250, etc. Then FIAT took over and made the 308, thus a 3 ltr v8. Then we had the confusion of the 355, which as we all know is a 3.5 ltr v8 with 5 valves per cylinder. Now we have the 360 and 550, which I assume are 3.6 ltrs and 5.5 ltrs respectively, and thus using the same theory I guess the 456 is 4.56 ltrs. My guess anyway ... Pete |

Not really, just wondering: What does the 0 in F360 mean? 456's numbers mean what? What does the 0 in F550 mean? |
