IMHO a good deal would be close to $70,000 depending on repairs and PPI.

I just looked at the Beverly Hills Classic Cars website and it doesn't show a 355b.

And its a 95! Should be selling in the low 70s, because you're going to put another 15k into, and it'll still be a 95, and you might need to put in new guides, sleeves, pistons, etc.

Dan,

Beverly Hills classic cars has a 355 coupe with 5,000 miles 2 owners and all service records.
The 30K service was done 2 months ago. You can buy this car for high 70's. I wish I had the dough.

It actually seems overpriced - unless all the work has already been done (per the responses on this thread)

Add another $3-4k for possible "incidentals" during the major (shocks, air con, cracked header, etc.) now how good a deal?...

$79,900 for this car which probably need the big service is an average price for the car. I bought a red 1996 spider in March 2003(prices have dropped since then) for not much more.

I don't have anything to do with this car. Just thought it was a good deal.
