I went with the Tubi because everyone else was touting it. It's beautifully made, but doesn't sound all that different than the stock exhaust did, just a little deeper. Supposed to give you a few more bhp, but nothing noticeable. Have heard the Fuchs on a Testarossa and it sounds great. My personal preference for sound: The Ansa on my dino. nothing else comes close. Maybe there is an Ansa for the 360? |

GHL is located in AZ, been building great systems for Porsches, just started building, 360, and I think now 550. I had mine installed at my dealer, was the first, service guys said it was batter put together and sounded alot better than the tubi, they have sold quite a few since mine. I know Orange County was been selling alot of them. |

Norman, Thanks for the offer! I will be at Concorso on Friday and possibly on Sunday. Which days will you be there? -- Michael |

Michael, I have the cargraphic exhaust which I believe is the same as the fuchs. Deeper, throatier than stock. Less intrusive (to my ears anyway) than a tubi. The tip diameters are larger with thicker walls than stock. Each pair is so wide that the mini exhaust grill had to be removed. The tips are centered in the opening whereas stock are closer to the inner edge. I'm in the bay area so if you want to hear it email me and we can hook up. Are you going to concorso? The car will be there. You must hear it before you make a decision. |

I went with the GHL system. I like it much better than the tubi. Not overly loud unless you want it to be. Quite a few Ferrari dealers are starting to use them. |

For more sound, any of the above will do the trick. I have heard the tubi and fuchs in person - between the two, my preference is for the fuchs on the 360... much deeper, throatier tone.... Matt in So Cal just installed a Capristo on his black 360... you might PM him to get some feedback from him. He seems to really like it! Here's a link he posted about it: http://www.ferrarichat.com/discus/messages/167223/287880.html?1059197979

Well, its time to upgrade the audio system of the 360.... the exhaust audio system, that is! Most say go with Tubi, but there are several other options. Most recently the Capristo has emerged and caught my attention with those gorgeous carbon fiber tips. Then there are a smattering of other choices, such as Fuchs. Does anybody have any experience with these other brands, inparticular the Capristo? I have heard the Capristo is louder than the Tubi, but can that be quantified? Is it a good louder, or will it be something that wakes up all my neighbors? What about quality of the exhaust, Tubi vs. others? Also, from what I understand the stock 360 system has a flap that opens up after 4500 RPM so that it can be more quiet under lower-throttle loads. Will an aftermarket exhaust be sedate below 4500 or will it be unbearable in some situations, such as pulling out of my driveway early in the morning where i want to minimize sound as much as possible? I am not looking for more power, just more sound. TIA, Michael |
