John, a dealer charged you $400 ! Humm... I was told all you have to do is remove the front under panel on a 360 to access the horns. I will try to get some photo's of the horns location and post them. John, what dealer may I ask? -Dave

Dave, You aren't in marketing otherwise you'd have titled this thread "360 owners satisfy your HORNY needs" - sorry I couldn't resist. Now I will have to ask a 360 owner to honk for me, I'm curious what they sound like now. It's waaaaaaaay too close to Concorso for me to be posting. -Ben

ELI - Don't know about the warrantee part if you are conserned about this you may want to ask your dealer ( My local dealer said it will not void it, FCI ) , Also they are Factory Ferrari Parts you will be putting on your car. Paul - Tried to call you the other day but couldn't get through? ... Anyways yes the older car horn sound. It didn't look difficult to me, under the 360 you have two electric 12V horns, You should be able to disconnect one, and mount this one in its place. But you do want to disconnect both electric horns. You will need some mechanical aptitude to mount the parts, since Ferrari overlooked this. Any other questions please let me know. Cheers, Dave |

Dave, would it have the sound of the older F Cars? Is that the sound you are refering to? How difficult is it to change over? |

Sodacom's is offering to F-Chat 360 owner members a complete classic horn kit. This kit will convert your 360 horn to the classic sounding air trumpet horns. What Enzo would want if you ask me! It will consist of all Factory parts. Compressor, Trumpets, piping and hardware. F-Chat price is $75.00 + 8.00 UPS shipping inside the USA. If anyone is interested in this kit please email me.
