Too True!!!!!

Manatee just asked why I did not send it to FoA as I originally wanted to.

I was going to send it to FoA as Tom J. was on Vacation for two weeks and I wanted to get the ball rolling. But BRCC took so long to make a decision that Tom had time to come back from his two weeks.

As FoA first recommended Tom for the alternator problem, we were of the opinion that BRCC would deny the claim that only FoA could work on it.

the visable damage is bad enough, its the unseen damage that may show up miles down the road, if the insurance company is giving you a hard time its attorny time

The prelim it looks like new pads on the rear breaks, a new door panel, new front skirt. and some under body panel work from where they bottomed out on a speed bump.

Cordinate with your insuarnce carrier. Your state may have a single action rule, and your filing suit could defeat your carrier's claim, and they would then ask you for the funds.

Well, almost four weeks into it and finally it is being worked on. After getting no where with Erie Insurance (The BRCC insurance company) I had the car shipped to Sport Auto and Tom J got to it after his vacation.

Erie flat out told me that they were denying the claim BUT sent out an adjuster to speak to Tom. When I spoke to them today (Erie) they said they only wanted to gather information.

Huh???? Why on a denying claim????? So I have instructed SptAuto not to speak to the adjuster.

What do you all think??

And what after BRCC pays for the fixes, should I ask for as compensation for having my baby out of order for almost a month????
