Yeah I heard about that too William. They're also gonna enter a factory 550 into sports car racing with the Rafanelli and prodrive cars, which means that Rafanelli and Prodrive will have to convert to the factory homologenized (something like that) car. |

Ive heard a 6.0L Maranello was being developed & that Ferrari is giving back door support to 1 of the Maranello racing teams
The Maranellos new arch rival, The Aston Martin Vanquish has a clutchless manual trans so I imagine Ferrari wont b far behind |

I recently read on a magazine that a Modificata version of the 550 is about to be launched.
It said that it would have the option of the F1 tranny and a 515 hp output.
Can anyone confirm this or does anyone know of other enhancements/changes on the 550 Modificata?
One other thing: what does the handling pack option on the 550 consist of?
Has anyone tried it?
