BMC will have the only state of the automotive storage facility in the Hamptons. We have 24 single and separate garages, each climate controlled with access controlled solely by the specific club member assigned. The garages are 25 feet in length and 12 feet in width. Large enough to accomodate two 328s. Automatic garage doors are standard. This is not the cheapest storage available. We are offering service that until now was available predominantly in Europe. While BMC's facilities can, without question, stop the toll of time on your prized vehicles, the premise of the club is about enjoying cars as well. Our goal is to create an evironment where members feel comfortable to stop by and enjoy their vehicles, other members' activities and club events. Our location is outstanding. Just seconds by foot from the LIRR Bridgehampton stop or the Jitney. We are located on approximately 2 acres at the very top of the hill on Tradesman's Path off of Butter Lane. We overlook the Hayground School's soccer field and are directly behind the Lotte Berk exercise studio. When complete, our lot will be well landscaped including benches and picnic tables perfect to enjoy a lunch while watching the comings and goings of some extraordinary vehicles. Each garage will have electric for battery tenders and other accessories in addition to stainless steel racks for owner storage. Garage walls are non-relective egg shell white and are decorated with vintage racing prints. Ceiling fluorescent lighting in each garage appropriate for detailing sessions are standard. Ceiling vents provide heating, air conditioning, and humidity control year round. Manager's office hours are kept seven days a week and service is available by pager during off hours. Automotive maintenance, detailing, pick-up and delivery (flat bed only) can be arranged through the office. The facility will be available for occupancy this winter. Memberships are being offered on a pre-paid summer, off-season, or annual basis. We have had many inquires for art storage. The answer is no. We expect to close club membership soon and institute a waiting list. And yes, memberships are transferrable. |
