Value, thats an interesting word. We have been discussing monetary value, but my 512TR has a value to me far beyond $. I dont care what the market value is for other 512TRs, If somebody wants MY 512TR they better have an F40LM to trade for it, At least, otherwise no way she's leaving my stable  | ||

On a serious note, Mikeroch, I think William has it correct. The mid-engine 12 cylinder and aggressive styling of the TR in the politically correct 90's really affected its value. But the inherent beauty, power and torque will win out and in 10 years the TR will be hailed as just awesome. The 308 and 328: excellent examples I don't believe will drop much at all. I think they are at the bottom of the price curve already. I can't imagine a great example of 328 for $35,000. If that happens, I'll buy 2. Other cars, you mean like Porsche, NSX, Corvette -- who cares, | ||

Personally, I don't give a hoot. I was out driving today at up to 100 MPH on country roads in Maryland and what a blast. The car got better the harder it was pushed. Let the price go to zero, I'm keeping this baby. | ||

I think the Testarossa & 512TR r 2 of the most beautiful Ferraris ever. The prices r depressed now but I am sure they will b back up although it could easily take another decade. Some1 here wrote that their local Ferrari dealership couldnt keep cars on the showroom after Sept 11. I guess people saw their mortality & decided to get that ferrari while they could still enjoy it | ||
