Caribe - My Borla does the same thing. Not a big problem. If you swtich to Tubi, there are ALOT of folks wanting to buy the 4 can Borla. -Ben |

The newer Ferraris have two O2 sensors, one pre-cat and one after the catalytic. In order to have the car work correctly with the bypass pipes, you have to somehow simulate the O2 sensor after the cat to send the same voltage so that the ECU thinks the catalytic is still doing its job. Ernesto |

You will only get the warning lights with test pipes if you fail to hook up the O2 sensors and thermal couplers. As long as they are correctly installed, the ECU will get the info it needs to keep the fuel injection and ignition adjusted as needed. The ECU does not have any way of telling if you have test pipes or cats. It only reads the exhaust O2 level and temp from the sensors and makes its adjustments according. I have had test pipes on my 328, TR and 348 and never had a single warning light come on. |

ERNESTO-OR ANYONE ELSE-CATS. VS TEST PIPES- % LOSS WITH CATS AND JUST THE TUBI-MY OLD 355 HAD A TUBI AND TEST PIPES-I FELT A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE-BUT I GOT TO MANY ENG. LIGHTS READINGS. WE PUT THE CATS BACK ON -THE CAR DID NOT SEEM TO HAVE AS MUCH POWER-ONCE AGAIN THIS COULD BE ALL IN MY HEAD. be interested in you findings-have a good day-van |

I expect around 20-30 rwhp between the Tubi filters, exhaust, and bypass pipes. Maybe I am being a little optimistic, but we'll soon see. I will post the results as soon as I have them. Ernesto |

My TR had the Borla exhaust when I purchased it. It is definitely an improvement over the stock exhaust in both sound and perceived power(haven't quantified difference). Nevertheless, my neighbor has a TR with the Tubi exhaust and it sounds even better. If I were to purchase a new aftermarket exhaust system for my Ferrari, I will definitely go with the Tubi for sound and perhaps quality. My Borla exhaust releases fiberglass fibers into the air whenever push hard. I always get home after a spirited drive with a film of these fibers over my rear bumper and grill. Does anybody have an experience like this with the Borla, or any other, exhaust? |

Ernesto, I would really be interested in your test results. I am one of those skeptics about the significant h.p. increase claims.(inc by 10%?). Please let us know |

Ernesto, Thanks much. Please do tell of the results once you're done testing. |

Viken, I plan to put the 360 on a dyno with the stock exhaust and filters to compare the improvement (if any) from the Tubi and bypass pipes. Ernesto |

Ernesto, Why did you re-install the stock exhaust back on your car? Are you doing some testing? Just curious. |

The Tubi runs about $2,600 + installation. I did it myself though, and saved the money. I also put in the filters in my 360. I agree with Van, simply incredible - the sound. It also has a little added power toward the top of the RPM band. I recently put the stock exhaust back on and forgot how big a difference it was. I also have the Tubi cat bypass pipes I plan on installing soon! Ernesto |

just had a tubi installed on the 360-the sound is great-no interior sound-the car has a whole different feel to it-people hear me coming-no regrets at all-as a side note drove a bmw z8 stick shift-smooth shifting but no comparion to the fi-van |
