Well I just called the "owner"...

The story:
It's a Euro car with 100K km that was purchased from a Federal Auction in Florida (It was a seized vehicle)....

When asked if he had EPA/DOT...non-conclusive answer...

When asked for VIN..."No, as there are nine states in which, if you have a VIN number, you can get a "lost title" replaced...Huh??

Where can I view the car? "Sir, can I put you on hold................Still holding....Click"

The F50 seller also has 10 other cars listed on eBay.... none have reserve prices. One of the cars is listed in -TWO- different auctions at the same time. Someone needs to shut this guy down.

Gents,
I have e-mailed the seller...and expressed my interest to fly in and view the car personally. I have requested the physical location and the VIN, as well. Naturally, I assume a response will be forth coming immediately, if not sooner.

NOT!

Doc,
I hate trying to find these forms. They are so deep hidden in their site so you really have to spend time trying to locate them.
Thats hould be a one stop type of deal to report fraud on eBay yet it is made very hard to do so.

someone who knows how should report him to Ebay...these type of scams are pathetic and some innocent person is going to fall for one. I hate having to fill all those forms to report someone to Ebay... five bidders...what a hoax

If you really have a car for sale, always use pics of the actual car.. Never from a website or magazine.

That clown can't possible think he will be taken seriously....
