Block off each vacuum hose using electrical tape or cable ties.

I am installing a Tubi exhaust on my 03 360 Spider. Installation is going well, and I'm about finished, but the tubi tail pipes do not use the valve mechanism that the stock pipes use. What should be done with the vacuum hose that remains? Left open, or plugged? Thanks for any help.
