I heard that when a famous Italian clothes designer was starting out several decades back he got an order from his landlord to make some custom clothes. The landlord told him that if he made the clothes the landlord would give him the building he was in. Deal was completed. Sometime later the designer decided to restore his building he took down some false walls and discovered a Michelangelo mural that wrapped around the interior. The Italian Art comission heard about this discovery and told them to stop immediately, the the art commitee told them that the Italian Govt would pay for the restoration of the mural and as a bonus the designer got to keep his building which is now his HQ.

The connection to Ferrari is that this designer also has a nice collection of vintage Fcars including a 250GT SWB
