Solly and others, I was at the same lunch last time. We had fun. Lets do it again. We have plenty of time to coordinate it. We can easily get 20-30 people and make arrangements with the restaurant only about 1/4 mile away. We can arrange to have everyone "pay as they go". We've done that before. If so, I will volunteer to set it up.

I'm in. I got my first F Car delevered on New Years day and just did not want to go cause of all the rain and cold weather last time.

Yes, I wussed out....but nothing, I mean nothing, on God's green earth will keep me away this year.

Yes Dale, So FLA is pretty happening now...much has changed. Great Place. However, when I'm stressed out nothing like a few days on the boat in the Keys with a blender,a rod, Jimmey Buffet tunes and dark sunglasses. Tight Lines and Gin Clear Waters...Makes everything right again.
:-)

I'll be there again. always lots of fun. 2 years ago we had a nice birthday party for William H. Last year we had a great lunch with Ernesto and Martin and crew. I seem to remember at least 2 track days, 3-4 if you do the test day and/or the schol day. Plenty of track time. Hope the weather is better this year.

Actually, Will and William, Miami - PB - it's all the same to an old Florida hand. (I was born in Key West - United States Naval Air Station - Anchors away my boys!)But I'm looking forward to it. As a North Florida boy, I have hated Miami for most of my life. But after a recent trip, I have fallen in love with the place. I don't know if you'd understand, but the whole state of Florida has always been a $2 Ho. Ticky Tacky, Weechie Wachie, pink flamingos, take the money and run has been the motto of Florida for as long as I have been around (which is too long unfortunately). But Miami and the rest of the strip has reinvented itself in recent years to something... well I'm not quite sure what, but it's a different place.

Also I have never been to Cavallino. So I'm looking forward to it. Now, if I can just find some fellow Texans who want to split the cost of a shipping van...

I'll have my gold tooth displayed and my New Yawk brim.. we'll be bad... and nationwide...

My wife and I will be there. The Stradale is supposed to arrive sometime in January, it would be great to "break it in" at Moroso, though they've emasculated that track by taking out the backstraight kink.

Doody, you can stay at a hotel that is between the Breakers and Moroso that is much less $$. Contact me directly and I can get you some phone numbers to call. Many others do this also.

Wow...William's B-day is in Jan.? That'll be an added treat!

BTW, coincidentally...mine is Jan. 18th -- but please don't celebrate.

Already looking forward to meeting many of you there!

Is there a track event scheduled at Moroso during Cavallino?

Miami is too far south. I'll be there also as for the past 8 years. Last year a large group met for lunch off the grounds of the Breakers and had a great time. Something to think about doing again.
