Don't forget the Ferrari tool sets Facom is trying to market while they have the 3 year contract with Ferrari (expiring this year). I've got some of these that I want to get rid of at cost ($450)...see http://www.ultimategarage.com/toolkit.html for details. Nice collectible but at a $825 retail price, they don't jump off the shelves.

The scale models, the stickers, the magazines, the posters, the hats and shirts, the tie pins, the cuff links - i love all that silly stuff...! i'd have a pair of those red Fila Ferrari driving shoe things if i could, too... It's all collectable memorabilia; the laptop (mentioned here) seems kinda out of place, but i'd get one of those, too, if i could...! Ok, maybe i'm a bit of a nut and don't really have any valuable input for this thread... |

OK, I realised that some Ferraristis here and elsewhere hate how the Group is diluting the brand by licensing the names and logos over to merchandisers. So how about compiling a list of stuff that has the Cavallino Rampante on it along with a "I like it and it does not denigrate the name at all" or a "I hate it and I hate the management for turning the Ferrari name into the Italian Harley Davidson". How about starting with the Ferrari/Colnago bicycles, the Ferrari shoes and clothing by Fila, the Ferrari models from Kyosho or HotWheels, the Ferrari steering wheels for video game systems and the Ferrari watches by Girard Perregaux? Feel free to add to the list. |
