Hey Mark!

Who's the dark haired woman about 100 yards behind your car sans clothing?

Here are my 512TR caliper pics. It was too dark for restaurant photos last PM, but our ferrari group meets at Ferrari's restaurant tonight for our monthly dinner (about 20-30 cars). I'll come early and try to get some photos. That's my buddy Mike in the last photo with his wife Andrika (blonde) on the right and my wife Marty on the left.Upload

Jim, I can see how yellow could work well with a rosso car... look forward to seeing your pics.

I painted the calipers on my 512TR yellow (It's rosso corsa). It really ties together the yellow in the shields and the wheel center caps. Eastwood sells a complete wheel caliper painting kit, or you can buy online. I'll send some pics and the link tomorrow. Right now my friend Bruno Pasquale is opening a new Italian restaurant and we're bringing a group ferraris to line up outside for the Grand Opening (and we get free food/wine). Maybe I'll take some pics there too..

i'd love to see a picture, it sounds like a great color combination... Anyone...?

How about a red 360 Spider with shields and yellow calipers but also with a red interior with yellow piping...? Or is that going to far...? i've never been one for moderation... :-)

Stephen- it's your car, do it if you want!

I would only care if you used crappy paint (take them to a proper shop that knows how to strip and prep them, do NOT do this in your driveway!)

(If you really want 110% anal orgionality... take off the stock parts, and put them in zip-loc baggies in your freezer, and get a bolt-on BIG BRAKE KIT, in any color you want!

Best!
Ben.

I prefer to keep my 90TR as original as possible so shouldn't really consider painting the calipers.. but I must admit I'm very tempted to paint them black to clean up the view through the wheel spokes. Is this a no no to purists or an acceptable update to the car?

I recently saw a red coupe with yellow shields and the optional yellow brakes, it looked really, really good. I would do it if you have the chance.

Here is a 2003 Modena with optional yellow calipers :

Also on this price list, it appears that yellow brake calipers are an option :

i've never seen yellow calipers on a 360. i checked with ferrari a couple years ago and they were not offering yellow calipers. maybe they do now? i've heard that some shops will paint brake calipers any color you want.

does anybody know if ferrari now offers yellow calipers?

Does anyone have any pictures of a Red 360 with Shields and Yellow Calipers? I've heard this is a really nice combo.

Thanks!!
