How can anyone not of mentioned our sponsor Ferrari UK at http://www.ferrari.co.uk/classicparts/index.asp.

I've bought several 328 trim and interior type components. Some of the best prices too. Might check with other sponsors like Sodacoms and Ferraristuff also. Look on the sponsors page. :-)

Thanks for all the info Jeff - Very helpful. Once I get the car sorted out mechanically, I'll dive into the interior fixes. :-)

Jerry

The old dye fades over time from the sun, if you look in spots where the sun doesn't hit the original color will look darker

The 3218 is a Tan/Brown color but not light Tan
Reoriginals does carry 328 seat covers request a catalogue with carpet samples online

Jerry also,

Your interior is faded so expect to redye all the leather to make it look new and match your seats including door panels and console

Is 3218 Saddle like tan? My interior seems lighter than tan - I guess like a cream.

Doesn't look like re-originals carry the 328 seats.

Jerry,

Yes your seats can be redyed to look new, most of the cracks you see is the old dye not the leather so you need to strip off the old dye, your seats look like 3218 Saddle

I just did my complete interior, the console was the biggest pain which you need to remove the knobs and controls which is fairly easy

The dash scuff can be repaired easliy also with crack fillers and dye touch-up

Thanks Jeff - Here are pictures of the seats (notice the pouch on the driver's door not staying closed) and center console (note the missing knobs I need to replace) - Can they be saved? Also is a pic of the dash - What is the best way to fix that scuff?

for seats http://www.reoriginals.com, if your seats are not torn and have just cracks they can be redyed with excellent results, I used http://www.reconproducts.com 3218 saddle color out of the bottle and I added their polymer to the dye that makes it stick better to the high wear areas something their competitors don't offer, they also have various crack fillers that work well.

My first f-car was delivered yesterday - The exterior seems to be in good shape, but the interior is a bit worn. Anyone care to comment on good sources for the following :

1) misc parts - Rubber trim, interior dome light, replace center console, knobs, side storage pocket in door, etc.

2) Re-carpet interior

3) New leather for seats

Thanks!
