It would not surprise me to see very low prices on Barchettas soon ... most owners are moving these cars on because they are so impractical.
Some companies are making proper convertibles with proper hoods that are far, far better cars than the Barchettas.
Personally I think that Ferrari was pissed or smoking something illegal when they design and produced that car ...

I was pretty shocked when I saw that Buy It now price. There was one in the local paper about six months ago. If I remember right the asking price was close to $300k. |

That's a scam. The person will ask for all the money up fron, or half, and then there is no car. If you ask to see the car the seller will probably tell you that the car is in a warehouse or he is currently out of the country and cannot show you the car. I have seen this with motorcycles, particularly Ducatis, many times over the last year. |

Cant be...must be a mistake! I figured it would be more around 295 but I dont know the values of the barchetta right now. |

Here is a link for a 550 Barchetta on ebay. Are they going for this price? seems a little low to me.
