To all of the FerrariChat members in the VIRGINIA / CENTRAL VIRGINIA area...is anyone interested in getting together, possibly in Charlottesville for a group picture for the FerrariChat calendar?

The inventory so far includes pics of 246 GTS, 308 GT4, 308 GTS, 328 GTS, 348, TR, and 355 Challenge. I'm still expecting some group shots from the NW contingent. The picture flow has slowed to a drip from an initial rush. Does anyone else want to contribute? We have no 360's, 456's, Mondials, 550's, or the older V-12's. I think we're going to just post the calendar file somehow on the site for everyone to download and print themselves. |

Due to the rash of recent deaths in our Ferrari family, I also am thinking about a "Lest we forget page". We'll include your Mondial, and the 348 we recently lost. Maybe we'll make that September, it will be a month we won't forget! |

The photo's have already started coming in. My original hope was to simply get 12 photos and make a calendar, but this seems to have grown in scope. Now I'm thinking maybe 4 smaller shots per page if that many pics come in. Maybe one month will be 328's, one month TR's, etc. At this point I'd say send me your favorite shot of your car, and if you have any group shots, send me your favorite of those. Send the pics in jpg or gif format as bmp seems to suck up too much memory. Send the pics to a new email I set up, [email protected] . |

I'm game, I'm sure some of us Penn Jersey NY Ferrarichat guys would be able to get together for some good pics of a bunch of cars, I still have that one at the restaurant of the backs of all ours but it's not calendar quality, on my digi cam. |

My first thought was just Ferrari cars, but as I wondered where to get good pictures, this seemed like a logical choice. It can be the Ferrarichat.com calendar, full of member cars. |

I have some shopping cart software I can install on FerrariChat.com so that people can order them online. I wasn't going to set this up until I got some FerrariChat.com shirts, hats, and such.
Maybe a FerrariChat.com calendar with pics of our cars and the events we've done this year? |

I was just looking at the Jag calendar that hangs over my desk and realized that I'm going to need a new one in 60 days. It occurred to me that I'd prefer a Ferrari calendar. With modern technology, I figure I can produce a full color calendar, using pictures of our cars. Take it all to a printer, get them spiral bound, sell them for cost to whoever wants one. I'm not interested in making money, just need a cool calendar! Is anyone interested? If you have a pic of your car that you're especially fond of, email it to me. Lets do cars only, no wives, girlfriends, dogs, or kids. Well, maybe some Hooters girls for Rob? When and if I get enough good pics, I'll see about putting it together. Does anyone here have connections to a print shop? |
