William, this is the scenario I see everyday, but the best of all is to look at the fantastic cars that are parked in front of the piers. This area is only visited by very wealthy persons. I live here since 1977 and I love it | ||

Heres my neighborhood in Buenos Aires, Argentina where I live 7 months a year. This is Recoleta & it is a very nice neighborhood with low crime, lots of restaurants & boutiques My bldg is on the extreme left side of this postcard, It is the brick Bldg with white horizontal stripes. I have the penthouse & u can see me waving at u  |
