Stu,

What color combinations interest you?

Martin,
I did receive your email and pictures - thank you very much! I think at this point I'm holding out for a light interior, but that may change as I look around more.

Martin, I measured my 15,000 mile 1994 348 Spider made in Aug.1993 from where the body color meets the black underside at the center most part of the front spoiler to my garage floor. The tires are 10,000 mile PZeros with 34psi in the fronts and 33psi in the rears. It measured 6 1/4 inches . I wonder if the date/specifications/components the car was made has anything to do with road height or if it's just wear and tear of the shocks/suspension at a different rate between the cars ?

Martin-
How about a picture or two and some information on this Spider for sale? Very curious....

I had my car at the warehouse yesterday and was able to measure better.
My car is also 5inches. There must have been a bump in my garage floor to come to the 4.5

1992 348tb SS with 18" Challenge wheels = 5.5

We have manually adjustible ride heights in our 348's. Maybe the former owner was tired of scratching his front-end.

Pressure should be the same.
Shocks, don't know. That should not make a 3inch difference though.
Both are driving okay.

I was just thinking

"When you drive a Ferrari, inches don't matter"

Martin,

Silly question perhaps, but are the tire pressures the same on both cars? Also, are the shocks in both cars the same age?

These could contribute to the difference in ride height.

Just a thought....

The 5 inches shoulds right to me as well. I dropped some 1/2 inch with the new tires.

Anybody with a Spider reading? Chris? Frank?

Looking at some pictures the appear to be higher on photos.

How I survive....carefull, real carefull.
It is actually closer to the 4 inch than the 4 1/2

My 1990 348ts has 5.5". How do you survive with 4.5"? I've already scratched the bottom of my repainted spoiler at 5.5". Mark

I own my personal 348TS but now have also a 348 Spider for sale. I looked at both cars the other day and realized that the Spider front spoiler is higher than my TS. I just recently changed my front tires from 50 down to 45, which makes some difference but not a whole lot.
So I measured:
Spider is 7 inch off the ground in the front
TS is 4.5 inches off the ground in the front

Please give me yours:
Model, year and inches.
