Newt, you must take a peek at the 3.2 Mondial coupe I have for sale. If you get a chance, look here:
www.autostradaventures.com

It is a flawless example for $36,500. I just drove that thing 200 miles last weekend. Check it out.

Hey Newt,

I went through this journey recently, found my car, had it totaled and am now back on the hunt. If the inspection goes through today, I will have another one. There are a decent number available right now, prices bounce all over the place but if you know what you are looking for, they can be found. Suggest you pick up the Original Ferrari V8 at your favorite bookstore and learn about each model and what changed from year to year. It was this book that made me decide that the T was the way to go. (For me...not making judgements on other folks choices.) If you want to email me offline to discuss, I would be happy to do so, getting too tired keep going tonight...

There is a red '89(I think) Cabriolet T at Auto Livery just outside Cincinnati Ohio. Saw it about 1 month ago and it looked very clean and didn't appear to have any repaint. It's was on their website www.autolivery.com. If I recall the price on the website was higher than the one on the car at the lot. I think it had $39,500 at the lot.

Newt;

When I had my TR serviced at Independent Motorworks in NJ, Bryan had a Black / Tan Mondial Coupe that was in very nice shape, except for two small dings on each door ( did not break the paint so I think Dent wizzard could remove them) Give Bryan a call at 973-376-7888. The car I belive was one of his cutomers that was looking to sell it.

I bought a 1986 mondial qv and do to its slugish but fun preformance I am glad that I got a qv. I think that more important than witch one you get you need to get a car that is being used on a regular baisis .My car was a true 19045 mi. car when I bought it . It had not been used verry much in the tast vew years,and all of the problems I have had have been do to this cars non usage.Thear are manny manny referances to problems from ferraris not being used on a regular baisis on this site ,get a god one dont fall pray to "i want syndrone"..

Mondial QV or 3.2. I been in the market for a mondial, I think they are diamonds in the rough, I read yesterday that some think the bumpers on the earlier models made the car look heavy, unless your car was black, any thoughts from owners? 3.2s seem to be difficult to find, anyone know one that might be for sale? Thanks for all the great conversations on this site.
