Willis is right....It's essential that you don't lift off the throttle....The F1 system automatically retards the throttle during the shift...Also The dealership adjustments (if made correctly) should absolutely alter the characteristics of the gear changes....You need to adjust the P.I.S settings, the setting balances smoothness of gearchange with speed of gear change.....

I'll try that - I was holding out for a 6spd but there are so few that have been ordered it's almost impossible to get a 6spd and the color combo you want. The dealer also made some adjustments but it really hasn't helped a whole lot.

Lurching happens sometimes in the F1 system. If you don't let up on the throttle and apply firm and steady pressure, the car will not lurch when you shift. Just make sure you have enough RPM (at or above 3000). The trick is to brace the side of your right foot against the plate on the central tunnel. This is to prevent your toes from bouncing. The drive-by-wire throttle can be very sensitive.

FOr all of you with F1 transmissions, do you experience the annoying "lurching" when accelerating out of 1st and through the low rpms in 2nd? I'm specifically referring to a 360 - is it the same with the 355's? Thanks
