Great without the top up, if your an L or XL long you may have trouble getting under the soft top. Love the torque in the 3.6 and the do look cool, color code the wheels, we had one in Indy, Lime Green with purple wheels! |

I have driven several Porsches, and owned a 1984 Carrera sunroof coupe (which I loved). The Speedster felt like a really fast go cart to me. I really like how the 3.6s sound and the power is great. I hate the tomato colored Speedsters though. I spun a 3.3 Turbo Porsche at Road Atlanta several years ago at turn 7. Even since then, I have dreamt of a 930 in my stables! |

Nice car, THey are in high demand, as collectors were all over those things when they came out. There are also a lot of fakes around. The easiest way to tell if it is real: The roof should be lower than other convertables. The door panels should be the RS style with the pull straps to open the door. The seat backs should be color coded to the body of the car in fiberglass. The front winshield should sit lower at a more extreme angle. James |
