Printed on a HL 1240 Brother and it came out black and white. hmm, maybe that is because I have a black and white printer.

:(

That's a great idea buddy, or make xmas cards, birthday cards, Valentines day cards etc. and send them out to all the family.

Ed, You achieved the first step, now put some glue on it and stick it somewhere.

William, I know you have been in the process of doing that. Good luck to you and much success. BRGDS.

I just got the printer last week, I've been using it for work invoices & color photos for insurance companies. I haven't had the time to make stickers yet. I'm still moving down to Houston & working on the Body shop. Too much to do & very little time to do it all in.

William and Rich. Funny, I have the same printer that you have William. If you use good paper and laminate the shield it shouldn't deteriorate. What the hell give it a test the price is right.

I use a HP 1220c ($499.99 @ Office MAX) The printer can handle anything from photo detail to making a badge with high gloss paper. The only problem is the ink fading. I'll run some test to find the best results.

I have a Sony professional picture printer that prints out 35mm quality prints. I did one and it looks just like a decal or sticker without the glue.

Richelson, before you go out and get a new printer, try these suggestions:

clean your printer, most printer programs have that option under maintanence, also has tools for aligninment. If you have an inkjet or bubble jet, dab a small amount of alcohol on a cotton swab and wipe away the "crud" or built up ink on the nozzle of the cartridge. Make sure you pick off the stray cotton hairs before you put the cartridge back.

set your printer settings for "finer" or "high quality" instead of "default" or standard.

Hope this helps

It is a great picture. Magoo you must have a good printer. My shield doesn't look very crisp in color. What is the model of your printer?

Michael I have a badge on the rear panel of my 308. When I printed out your badge it downsized to exactly the same size as the badge on the rear panel. At the widest point side to side it is 2 3/4 in. At the longest point top to bottom it is 3 3/4 in. My printer did a beautiful job on picking up the color and detail from your badge. Looks like the orig. badge. When you put the glossy clear plastic laminate over it it looks like the real thing. And yes, I think your profile is great.

The ones I have are 11.5*8.5 cm but I think they would look nicer if they were smaller

Thanks for the tip. Don't forget to read my profile!!! Don't just grab and go!! LOL I may post a better one if I can enhance it in my many Adobe programs. Anyone know the actual dimensions of the Scuderia Shields?

Depending how good your printer reproduces you can get a good picture of the Ferrari Badge on Michael{Mtabije} profile. Print it out then get a clear plastic laminant kit and laminate the badge. Then carefully cut it out. You can then mount it on to the magnet sheet that you can find at home depot, trim it out or use a double stick tape to mount it where you want it. I have one on my tool box and it looks great. Thanks Michael
