The liability of it scares me. I don't have a car yet, but the thought of my car being kept in the same building where a kitchen would be has me thinking.. No Smoking Please

The idea would be fun though..

How about one step further and have some sort of bed and breakfast set up and we park our cars in horse stables instead of parking spaces..
Get it, Horse Stables
(I amaze myself)

My brother bought his Lotus Elan from a Secret
Service guy who had been in charge of building the Presidential Limo's. I worry about the President's safety after seeing the mistakes he made in restoring the Elan. Anyway, he was working on a collector car condo idea that would provide collectors with the ability to buy condos within a highly secure compound. It would be relatively nondescript from the road, have high security and provide collectors with an opportunity to keep their cars away from the prying eyes of jealous neighbors, employees and others. Also, many of the collectors he knew didn't want their wives to know how much they were spending on their hobby.

It never got off the ground but a similar concept opened up around here about a year ago.

Maybe not as upscale as you are intending... Definitely a good idea, don't know if it is a good BUSINESS idea...

If its top of the line and is a real country club -- great food, wine, 5 star chef and maybe even close to a nice private airport -- then I'm game.

I am sure this is not a new idea, but I would like your feed back on this burning desire of mine. I obviously love cars, and like to share this with others. So I was thinking of a way to build a barn like building that would have many stalls for members to park there nice cars and keep them at this location. This barn would also have a bar, dance floor, full kitchen, sports room, and the cars would be open for all to enjoy. So members could have parties and enjoy other members cars. You could form a LLC and every memeber would get a piece of the land and building, I could go on and on but I am sure you get the picture. So what do ya think am I just too car crazy.
