I had major service performed on my '77 308GTB at WWoC back in 1998, and was happy with the results. Yes, they are pricey like all dealers, but they are factory trained, so you can feel comfortable that they know what they are doing. Had timing belts, steering rack, rear shocks, etc service performed. I second Wm's comment about Jennifer, she is indeed a good looker, and a great personality to boot....

They have handled warranty service for a number of my cars, as well as tire replacements, quite graciously, even though i never bought a ferrari from them (but did buy a 740i Sport there for my wife and they gave us great everything, based upon my knowing them thru ferrari circles). There is a guy in my town who has alot of his older f cars serviced there, including an alloy 250 that he ran in the mille miglia. They have always picked up and delivered my cars in an enclosed truck and the service manager, jennifer, is very nice and a babe to boot.

I dealt with them back in '87-'89 with service for my 328 GTS and no problems. Don't know how they are lately, but should be ok, they've been around forever.

I second Adams comments, I have been there and they are have been very helpful with questions, I would think they would have to be good given their proximity to FNA. They are pricey, like most dealers

They are my local Auth dealer, but I have only used them for parts so far. They have a very good reputation, and is very well regarded for their BMW work as well. While their prices are a bit expensive they are good. I use an independent from Short Hills who works on only Ferrari's and is great.

I'm considering doing business with a Ferrari dealer called Wide World of Cars in Spring Valley, NY. I may purchase a used car from them and am considering having my '86 328 serviced by them. Has anyone had experience with this dealer? Is the reputation good? Any problems?
