Your right Leatherique has what I need and I will probably try the power sprayer technique. I will remove them from the car first.

I just finished doing this to a Supra.
Leatherique(www.leatherique.com) makes custom dye for leather and for carpet. Send them a small sample and they can color match it.
I then used an air powered paint sprayer and put on a few thin coats. It turned out fine. You can also use an airbrush, however, it will take much longer. The sprayer was easy to use since I had the carpet out of the car. |

I plan to dye the front luggage compartment from the stock gray to black. Has anyone done this and could you advise me on the proper way and dye to use?
