There was a set of HRE wheels for sale on ebay some time ago (maybe 3 or 4 weeks) which did not sell. You could check the ebay history and then contact the seller. Koenig in Germany makes nice ones both for the 5 lug and the center lug. I am considering the 17 inch from Koenig for my 87 TR. The rims are fairly expensive but the 17 inch tires are cheap (Koenig is mentioning 235/40 for the front which is wrong, should be 235/45). And there are the speedline rims which I personally don't like. You can also check with Nick Scianna if he offers something for the 5 lug TR, I bought his 17 inch rims for my Mondial and they look awesome. I also saw a steering wheel on ebay just recently but I think it sold, don't know the price. I have a Momo on my Mondial and it's nice but steering is more work because of the smaller diameter. |

I've put several steering wheels on cars I've owned including MOMO-- But not on Ferraris. I've always been able to modify the wheel or the hub to make it work. The 328 uses a 6 bolt 70mm bolt circle. You could check to see if your TR uses the same one. The next option would be to drill and tap the holes in your hub -- usually possible unless something is in the way or no material is available. (I've even used nuts on the mounting screws in some applications). The $200 for the 328 wheel(if it is in good shape and has the center emblem)would probably be a resonable price since new MOMO wheels can cost up to $250 and you would not be getting the center emblem. Just be sure it's a 328 wheel and not a wheel for a 328 -- the difference being if it is truly OEM Ferrari. P.S. If you opt for a different wheel, you get your choice of diameters too-- which can obscure your gages... |

Hi List, I have a 91 Testarossa and am looking to replace the steering wheel. I wanted to know if the 328 or 512TR steering wheel will fit. I tried getting Momo, but they do not sell the hub for a Ferrari, because of this I have to use original Ferrari parts. Please let me know if a steering wheel from another model Ferrari will fit or not, I found a used steering wheel from a 89 328GTS for $200.00, is this a good price. By the way does anybody have a steering wheel for sale and also rims for the 91 Testarossa. Thanks for everything Argyle |
