Nick, congrats on your purchase. There is a company in NYC that can integrate the V1 detector with the display etched in the rear view mirror. Very trick. A bit expensive in my opinion, but I guess it depends on your perogative. I have the stoneguard on my car as well. Definitely worth it. The Tubi makes a glorious sound on my 355, and I've heard it on a 360, great stuff.
Launching an F1 isn't as hard as you think, but I'm sure it takes a toll on clutch life, not to mention rear tires.
Good luck in waiting!

Nick, where are you situated in Connecticut. You should take a run over to Miller Motor Cars (in Greenwhich) and ask for Werner- he is the Sales Manager- great guy, he should be able to help you with anything you are looking for.

Thanks. I am getting Titanium..not dark/not light. Interested to see any picture/cars with Stoneguard, pretty essential in Connecticut.

I am looking forward to the F1...6 more weeks

You will enjoy the F1 tranny. It just take a few weeks of practice to get it right. After that, it is much smoother than a manual, plus much more sporty when you want to really drive. Anyway, the Tubi is a major plus in terms of sound (if not performance) and is not that difficult to do yourself. You may also want to do the air filters.

Good Luck!!

Congrats on getting close to delivery. I heard they're just coming out at a trickle now.

The Stonegard lense cover might look unattractive but they've saved me a bunch of times. I've had at least 2 hard impacts on the lenses that were cushioned by the thick Stonegard material. If I didn't have them on, I'd be ordering expensive replacement headlight housings by now.

For a dark car, just get the front bumper covered.

Launching a 360 F1 takes a bit of practice. I don't recommend doing this often unless you enjoy buying new clutches.

Nick,
Tubi, takes about four hours installed it myself, Got the Tubi from Evans Automotive great service.

Stoneguard looks great on some colors, not black. Red you cant even see the stoneguard. Do not get the protective lense covers they look really bad.

Car covers you can now get on the ferrari world web site, under the owners section

you can pull power from the light, that is how I installed mine.

I am lucky enough to be delivered a new 360 F1 in June. I have seen a lot of debates on F1 vs 6-speed. Having never owned a F1 transmission before but many many manual cars what the hell. If I do not like it I will sell..anyway, I am starting to research options and would appreciate some suggestions/advice
1. What options are there to easily improve performance?
2. How much are Tubi exhausts? and are they easy to install?
3. How do you launch a 360 F1?
4. Can you get power from the interior light to power a Valetine 1 radar detector
5. Where do you buy accessories such as a car cover?
6. Does/has anyone installed stoneguard and does it work? Any pictures

thats all for now...looking forward to late June

Nick
