Yes, indeed, Dave, they are superb mechanics and all-around wonderful people -- they sort of feel like an extended family. I'm actually looking forward to the next service visit...imagine that.

Thanks again for recommending them!

Eric, glad the experience at European was a good one. I was kinda sweating it for you since I suggested you go there. Carlo and John are the best and so is Ray.
If any of you are near Orlando FL, the shop is a good one :-)

Perfect timing for the extra long weekend -- just picked up the 308 yesterday after a complete service -- can't wait to put some miles on her!

Forgive the enthusiasm, but this was my first ever Ferrari service experience, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. One of the owners of the service company insisted on riding with me on a test drive to make certain that I was completely satisfied with the work performed -- and boy was I ever! What a thrill to fire her up and not hear that annoying cold start "clackety" noise anymore, and then she settles down to a nice purrr.

Now even my power windows and door locks operate; and they updated my A/C system as well. I was pleased to see a Baldwin oil filter installed too -- it reminded me of some of the past discussions here. Oh, and the 4-wheel alignment really made a difference. I did not realize how much the car needed the service until afterwards -- it was like night and day in many respects.

When I arrived to pick up the 308, there was a very nice white / tan Testarossa parked next to her in the service garage -- and it was gorgeous. They made a great a couple -- will certainly have to get a Testarossa one day . (was suprised to see that the TR was a tad bit taller than the 308 - not much though).

Needless to say, the fine folks at European Sports Car Service have a customer for life!!
