Stacy, that's the one! I had my eye on it for over a year and finally I sold my other car on ebay. Traded one for the other :) Best move I ever made.

Jay,

Hello from a fellow Torontonian. It is nice to have a project to keep you busy over the long cold winter. Did you find your car in Toronto? I seem to remember a yellow one advertised in the autotrader that needed the engine installed. It looks like you will soon be feeling the pain of the Canadian exchange rate for all those parts from the US.

Good luck with your project,
Stacy

Under the layers of grime and dirt there is little if any rust. The only thing is they painted over everything in the engine bay...literally everything:(

Believe it or not Martin, the interior is NEW (previous owner) Although not the greatest job, it'll do. It smells like the Sears leather sofa section LOL. Everything is there it just needs to be put back together. Labour of Love.

Reality has sunk in...I OWN A FERRARI! It's been almost a week and it finally registered. I've posted some pics of the GT4 work in progress. Enjoy. I know I am.

Whenever I get the urge to just rip everything out I tell myself "Hold on, this car was built by hand, take it easy, this isn't a Chevy!" Then I pretend I'm in Italy making the car in the Ferrari factory. I know it's silly but the satisfaction from doing the work yourself is beyond words. I think I'll buy a set of red coveralls and put a Ferrari patch on it:)
