Jerry, Ever been to Javier's in Highland Park area? The Ferrari's get top billing and are always parked near the door while all those "other" cars get parked on the street. |

Thanks, everyone! I'm finding even harder not to get in over my head now! Just more billable hours. Good one, wm. |

Todd, Do it! I'm in Dallas just bought my dream.. the best move I've ever made. Small example of the great fun: Went to 3 Forks (fancy Dallas Steakhouse) the valet put me (81 308GTSI) next to the stand on a Sat. night while I watched these guys parking $110,000 Mercedes on the side of the building!! Too much fun! |

"Go for the Fcar, you only live once. I think if given the opportunity, you are morally obligated to pick one up before 30." Before 30 eh? I've got some time. :D Gonna start saving... |

Good to have you aboard. Go for the Fcar, you only live once. I think if given the opportunity, you are morally obligated to pick one up before 30. |

So, dump that P car, spend a little more, and live your dream. After all, its only more billable hours, right? |

Truth be known, I do fancy yellow! (uh that's Ferraris, not blood). It's my preferred color for the 360 and Barchetta. Thanks for the welcomes, guys (and gal)! |

Glad to have you join in, Todd... I can relate -- spent several months myself following Ferrarichat all the while saving up and searching for the Ferrari of my dreams -- and that day did finally arrive, and what a glorious one it was! Keep the Ferrari passion alive, and that day will surely come for you too! Consider participating in Ferrarichat as "homework" for when you do finally purchase your F-car -- it will certainly pay off. Best of luck to you! |

Hello everyone. I've been reading Ferrarichat for several months now (I feel like I've gotten to know many of you quite well), but have declined to get involved as I do not yet own a Ferrari. However, I'm constantly coming up with questions to ask you guys and contributions I could make (fcar and non-fcar), and if no one objects, I may get involved from time to time. As far as my first Ferrari purchase, I guess the only thing I can promise is that it will happen as soon as it is possible. Maybe in a year, maybe in five. Who knows? But I have been an enthusiast since I was about 13, and I know that it is inevitable--it's in my blood. No need to repsond to my post. I just wanted to properly introduce myself before you start seeing posts from me. Thanks. |
